North American paint and sundries distributor Lancaster announced the upcoming opening of their new distribution center in Tracy, California.
Located strategically to enhance shipping throughout the western U.S. starting in early October 2021, the new facility will provide 35 percent more storage capacity and double the space to store hazardous and flammable paint sundry products.
“This is an exciting time for our company,” says Geff Lynch, president of Lancaster. “This facility represents our commitment to the growth of our customers and vendor partners in the Western States. This new location will allow us to expand our products and services to meet the demand of this growing market well into the future.”
In June 2021, Lancaster announced it finalized its acquisition of Janco Chemical Corp. assets.
Lancaster serves over 12,000 retail locations, including leading national, regional and independent chains in the paint, hardware, home improvement, lumberyard and online markets through its seven regional distribution centers in the U.S. and Canada.
