PDRA is a trade association whose mission is to support independent dealers in the paint & decorating retail industry. We help our members by providing the tools and resources necessary for them to succeed – education, advocacy, networking, and research.

As we close out 2017, we would like to take a moment to say thank you to all of our members and educational sponsors for your support, and for your dedication to independent dealers and the paint and decorating industry! We believe that with all of us working together, this industry will continue to thrive and grow.
We are looking forward to 2018 and all of the exciting new opportunities we will have to strengthen the paint & decorating industry and the independent dealers we represent. 
One of the main focuses of PDRA throughout the years has always been education. This coming year, we will be adding to our educational offerings with the Trainer’s Toolbox. This program will give our members access to training materials specifically developed with paint & decorating and home improvement retailers in mind. In the coming weeks, look for more information on this great new benefit from PDRA on our website, on our social media pages, and in emails we will be sending out.
As always, we want to encourage our members to promote the “Shop Local” theme to their customers, so please take advantage of the FREE graphics and assorted materials developed by Independent We Stand/NRHA that we have on our website. There are so many ways you can let your customers know that shopping with you supports not only small business, it supports their own community. Take a minute to look through the materials offered and start planning your “Shop Local 2018” campaign now!
We’re moving – our Facebook page, that is! Please take a moment to head on over to Facebook and LIKE our new Paint & Decorating Retailers Association page! As an incentive to do that, we will be awarding a $100 Visa gift card to one lucky winner on January 31, 2018. The winner will be chosen from all NEW LIKES to our NEW Facebook page between December 22, 2017 and January 30, 2018.
