The North American Hardware and Paint Association (NHPA) is excited to announce the first keynote speaker for the 2023 NHPA Independents Conference.
When it comes to e-commerce, there is no bigger name than Amazon, and NHPA has secured former Amazon executive John Rossman, a business strategist and expert on digital transformation and leadership. He is the author of “The Amazon Way” and founder of Rossman Partners, a management consulting team. Rossman will present on leadership and innovation—and how to outperform your competition. According to Rossman, all organizations are capable of innovating at the same level as Amazon!
The 2023 NHPA Independents Conference will take place Aug. 2-3, 2023, in Dallas and will highlight the latest in retail technology and focus on the solutions that independent home improvement retailers are using to improve their efficiency, their customer service and their competitive advantage in the channel.
