The North American Hardware and Paint Association’s (NHPA) Retail Management Certification Program is a six-month long, college-level course that prepares retailers with profit-focused store operations training. It is the industry’s premier management school and provides actionable training to help students and owners see immediate results and a return on investment (ROI).
Retail Management Certification Program students will learn how to grow sales and profits and will walk away with an understanding of the following key topics.

“The 2021 Retail Management Certification Program is shaping up to be one of the strongest classes yet, as we will return to our traditional three-visit format with some new course modules and instructors that will be great additions to the program,” says Scott Wright, NHPA’s executive director of advanced retail education programs.
