Sherwin-Williams Co. expands its facility in Winter Haven, Florida after accepting a lease of more than 685,000 square feet from an affiliate of Paul V. Profeta & Associates Inc. The facility, including a ramp for tractor-trailers and a 49-foot clear ceiling height, will be a major addition to Sherwin-Williams’ existing footprint in the Central Florida area.
“I have been a landlord of Sherwin-Williams for six years and have developed a close relationship with the company,” Profeta says. “They have been a delight to deal with. This new project represents almost 700,000 square feet with a 25-year absolutely triple-net lease and with annual 3 percent increases.”
The project is slated for completion in early 2025. Profeta’s firm works directly with the Sherwin-Williams logistics team, and has been the company’s preferred developer since 2018.
