Richard’s Paint Mfg. Co. announced it has filled three leadership positions, appointing Aaron Dhawan, Tom Griffey and Pati Lambert to vice president roles in the company. 

Dhawan will serve as vice president of operations and oversee all aspects of executive and technical operational management and manage purchasing and vendor negotiations. He will also have direct responsibility over quality control, research and development, production, filling, maintenance, shipping, receiving and purchasing. He started his career with Richard’s Paint three years ago in the role of director of operations and has 35 years of industry experience in laboratory, technical, sales, marketing and management positions. 

Griffey will take over as vice president of sales and direct daily sales activities, including meeting with major clients, managing regional sales teams and sales budgets, designing effective sales plans and creating strategies. Other responsibilities will include estimating sales profits and handling negotiations, marketing company products and supporting the company president to oversee all internal operations. He has 40 years of industry experience, including 20 years of experience with Richard’s Paint.

Lambert will move into the role of vice president of human resources and office manager, where she will be responsible for setting and enforcing human resources policies, procedures and best practices. She will also oversee general operations of the office. A part of the Richard’s Paint family for the last 36 years, Lambert has held other management positions in the company, including credit manager, a role she held for over 10 years, and customer service and accounts receivable manager.
