The Pittsburgh Paints Company recently announced it has launched the Colors for Courage program, an employee volunteer-led community that donates paint to families in need.

The first project was held at The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh’s Pediatric Specialty Hospital, where more than 40 employee volunteers used Pittsburgh Paints products and colors to transform the hospital’s Green Unit. In addition to the product donation, Pittsburgh Paints Co. provided a financial contribution of $10,000 to support The Children’s Home.

Pittsburgh Paints Co. donated the colors Lettuce Alone and Soleil for the project. The company collaborated with Abracadabra Contracting Services to complete the project.
