Informed by customer feedback and a sharp focus on today’s retail challenges, the National Hardware Show is undergoing the most significant evolution in its 80-plus year history. In 2026, it will debut NHS Concept to Commerce—a completely reimagined event built to streamline every stage of the go-to market process.
NHS Concept to Commerce will be the only trade show in the home improvement industry uniting retailers, brands, manufacturers, distributors, inventors, private-label providers and global factories under one roof with one clear goal—to accelerate product discovery, strengthen manufacturing partnerships and speed up time to shelf, all while improving margins.
The newly redesigned event—which includes a redesigned, purposeful layout, curated programming and more measurable ROI—will take place March 31–April 2, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall, preceded by an International Exhibitor Summit on March 30.
According to the show management team, these changes represent more than just a rebrand. NHS Concept to Commerce is a strategic shift designed to meet the urgent needs of today’s retail decision-makers and supply chain leaders. Whether attendees are looking to discover what’s next in the market, build private label lines or launch new products, this show delivers clear pathways to do it—faster, smarter and more competitively, says Hector Morfin Chong, event director.
“We’ve redesigned the show to reflect our customers’ needs today, who have more pressure and less time to bring new products to market in order to stay competitive,” says Morfin Chong. “This event is about helping attendees move smarter and faster—so they leave with connections, products and partners that actually drive business.”
NHS Concept to Commerce welcomes retail buyers seeking exclusive, early-stage access to new products and innovation, distributors and wholesalers exploring fresh inventory and differentiated offerings and merchandising managers focused on agility, differentiation and profitability, he says.
Focused exhibit hubs in the spotlight at the 2026 event will include an expanded Inventor Pavilion with a larger, centralized hub showcasing breakthrough product ideas across all consumer categories and access to dozens of early-stage innovations ready for retail input, feedback and partnership.
“This area will allow retailers, distributors or other industry partners to easily browse for products that could very well be the ‘next big thing’ to this the market,” says Morfin Chong.
In addition to the Inventor Pavilion, NHS Concept to Commerce will also feature the Private Label Pavilion with attendee access to global factories from all over the world, alleviating the need to travel to other countries to source everything under one roof.
In the Brand Showcase area, attendees can see new-to-market and top-performing products from trusted and emerging brands and see what’s trending now—and what’s coming next.
Also new this year, the show will bring attention to the Product Journey Experience where attendees can sketch a product and leverage technologies and AI tools to make the product shelf ready in an instant.
Along with these keystone areas, NHS Concept to Commerce will also feature an International Exhibitor Summit, a meetings and recommendations zone, educational sessions, innovation zones and revamped awards and networking programs.
“Events exist to support the industries they serve, and this is the evolution of the NHS. It’s collaborative, global and built for real results—NHS Concept to Commerce puts the full ecosystem in one room,” Morfin Chong says. “Find new products. Source smarter. Build your brand with speed and confidence.”
