Minwax^® has announced the launch of Minwax^® One Step Stain & Topcoat, a new water-based, single-product solution that combines stain and protection in one step.

Designed for use on both bare and previously finished wood, Minwax One Step provides an easy application with durable results, applies with a paintbrush like paint and dries in two hours.

Minwax One Step is available in satin and semi-gloss finishes with more than 240 tintable colors, along with five prepackaged options including Pickled Oak, Special Walnut, Dark Walnut, Charcoal Gray and True Black.
