Diamond Vogel is implementing a strategic transformation in its approach to the architectural coatings market. As part of this shift, the company is divesting its company-owned retail stores that primarily serve painting contractors, homeowners, and maintenance professionals.

JC Licht agreed to acquire multiple architectural paint business locations in Madison and Appleton, Wisconsin, along with certain assets in the Milwaukee area. JC Licht plans to continue operations at these sites and keep all current employees.

Ewert Supply has agreed to acquire 2 of Diamond Vogel’s architectural paint business locations in Casper, Wyoming, and McCook, Nebraska. Ewert Supply plans to continue operations at these sites and retain all current employees.
