Sherwin-Williams recently announced the launch of its new high-performance coating, Forte Urethanized Acrylic. Designed for both vertical and horizontal surfaces, the product can be used by both contractors and homeowners to coat a wide range of interior and exterior surfaces.

The primer is corrosion, chemical and weather resistant and offers a quick dry time, allowing foot traffic to resume after just four hours and forklift traffic after twenty-four hours. Forte Urethanized Acrylic has also been named a finalist in the 2026 Best of IBS Awards in the Most Innovative Building Material Product category.
